Ok I've been waiting to do this for a little time after the repairs. I had my car towed in and gave the owner all the info on what was wrong. He was upfront about everything and explained it item by item. Once the inspection was done and every issue found, I was contacted by text explaining each issue and a photo sent for each clearly showing it. The exact quotes for work were sent via email on pdf for each part and work. Once I approved the work to be done he had it within 2 days (there was alot this time). The work was cores and plugs on 4, 2 engine mounts, power steering line, a couple gaskets, oil cooler gasket, and replace and rotate front tires. All the work was done perfectly. Now the best part was the other things he fixed when I didn't know or ask for. My lock tone indicator didn't work, my left front bumper was off a little and they fixed that, apparently some fuses went out in the panel, found those replaced and working. It really came down to the small details and the honest pricing that I WILL be taking my car back in the future for any work. EDIT: They have warranties for their work, so if anything goes wrong its covered. That made me feel better after in case of breakdown.

****Update: 7 star shop!!! If you want a real fair, honest person, this is the shop to use. They go above and beyond. They make sure you are taken care of completely. They have my 2002 and 2003 running better than some newer machines. Understand there is nothing perfect, but Carlos and his team try to make it so. Loyal customer here. In fact, I will bring my family here too. You can spend your money anywhere, but here you know it is being done with integrity and honesty. I have been using this shop for over a year and have ALWAYS felt they are fair, professional and honest. I have 2 older cars, so I need to make sure I can have confidence in my mechanic, and with this place I do. In addition, Carlos is wonderful with his communication. His team rocks. I also like Angel, his newest team member. He is friendly. If I could give more stars, I would! I have to say that I was very impressed. For the last 10 years I have used a trusted mechanic. When he couldn't do the job we needed done, I came here because of the reviews. I will use mechanic on duty again. I think it is important to trust the person working on your car, and Carlos really made me feel that trust. He also really communicated and kept me informed.
