This crew has performed myriad services on my Expedition, including brakes/rotors replacement, replacing a cracked windshield washer fluid reservoir, spark plugs and ignition coils, and more. No matter what the issue, Mechanic on Duty CB has isolated and resolved it efficiently and kept me apprised of the status of my vehicle and incoming parts at every step of the way by text, email, and phone call. I love this place. They are quick, efficient, competent, and have a fair rate. You really can't ask for more from your mechanic. The fact that I'm even giving a rating is a good sign because most of them I'm pretty meh about. "I dunno, they fix my car and charge me money." But this guy is friendly and he knows his business and he doesn't take forever doing it. And, again, good rates.

The engine in my Ford Sport Trac was bad from the day I bought it from an unscrupulous used car dealership, go figure, I had the truck towed to the shop, knowing I needed to replace the engine. Angel and Carlos shopped for the best alternatives to replace the engine. I was given a written estimate for the Cost of the work. There were several other issues that I kind of expected. They again searched for the cheapest and best alternative. They contacted me every step of the way. The truck is running great and would recommend the shop to anyone looking for good auto repair.
