Great service!! I've been coming here for the last 2 years to get service on my cars and I always feel comfortable that my car is in good hands. Carlos is very honest and always gives you the best advice on what your car needs or doesn't need. Prices are very reasonable as well.

The level of customer service is outstanding. My wife and I have been servicing our vehicles here for three years. We will always come here because the prices are fair and Carlos is SO HONEST. He also has the ability to translate repair needs so that anyone can understand. They keep a history of all your car repairs on hand and remember us by name everytime we see them. We refuse to go to a franchise repair shop again, mechanic on duty is the only place will trust since we moved to orlando.

This is the best auto mechanic in Orlando! The best service, very professional, great quality of work, above and beyond service, and has your best interests in mind. Trust worthy and honest. Upfront before starting the work of what the job entails and things that can occur while fixing (dry cracked hoses/replaced for free!) (possible burnt out sensor due to heat). Very affordable! I was quoted 500+ for a job that this shop did for 300+. No sacrifice in quality of work. I definitely recommend this shop for all your automotive needs! I came in to replace the valve gaskets on my Toyota. I had oil leak which covered my engine and everything under the hood basically. Shop manager explained to me what the process was and informed me if anything came up during the process he would update me. Fixed the gaskets and pressure washed the oil off the engine block for free. Now it looks 100x better and no more smoking in the engine due to burning oil! #1 in my book and will bring other 2 cars in for work when needed. You got a customer for life in me!

These guys are awesome. I’ve been living for a year in Winter Park and was afraid I wouldn’t find a mechanic I could trust -but I was so lucky I found Mechanic on Duty. Carlos is such an honest person who does his job impeccably! I bought an used car for the year and he kept it like new! Always delivering on time, fair prices, lots of patience explaining what the car needs and communicating constantly with updates on the job!

Carlos and his crew do high quality work, are friendly, kind and honest. He has been servicing my daughters Fiat while she has been at school in Orlando. It is really great to have such a knowledgeable and capable mechanic, especially when dealing with him long distance. I recommend Carlos and Mechanic on Duty without reservation. We have been here a few times, he figured out that one issue was related to a recall and he recommended we have the dealer do it for free!

Great service. The mechanics were down to earth and was willing to work with your budget. They showed me everything they were working on in for my brakes and explained the parts and their functions to the car. It was finished exactly on time. I was impressed with the customer service. Carlos is the 1st mechanic to ever be so thorough about the issues my car was having. He explained them to me so that I can understand them. His pricing and warranty are amazing. The place was clean and his waiting room was like no other. It was supplied with drinks, snacks and also very clean. Will definitely continue to see Carlos for all of my car needs.
