Let me start off by saying That Carlos is the first mechanic I’ve encountered that hasn’t tried to scam or needlessly upsale me. He is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. He is very professional and I will recommend him to anyone.

Carlos and his team are wonderful. I took my vehicle to him for the first time after seeing such unusually high reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised to find they are all well deserved. He and his team are honest and communicative about diagnosing your vehicle and the timeframe for repair. They explain repair options thoroughly and provide an excellent breakdown of where your costs are coming from. I strongly appreciate that they will give you their honest feedback - for example, I was concerned my suspension control arm needed replacing, and I received a thorough evaluation of how long it would likely last and his reasons for thinking so. I have been taking both my vehicles to Carlos for several years and have never once regretted it. Everything they said they have fixed has never given me further issue. They have very much earned my continued business and I highly recommend them.
