While other shops went straight for the canned responses without even analyzing any parameters, this one actually took the time and effort to do so and pointed me to the right direction saving me $$$. I wont hesitate to come back again if needed. -Thank you guys and gals.

Date: 05/10/2019 God bless Mr. Carlos and his team, brilliant and excellent service. Never have experienced such a great experience in my 50 years of life. Carlos and his disciplined team provided such a great service with an absolute honesty, dedication , these guys are so friendly. I has some small issue(noise in engine) with my Honda pilot 2010 car and I took to it 3 big name mechanics who handed me an estimate of $2500 USD and asked me to replace almost everything that is rotating inside an engine. It was a small issue and Carols identified it quickly and fixed it , it was small expense of less than $100. Since then my car is running fantastic. All I want to Say is CARLOS and his TEAM are the BEST in Orlando.

I don't think I can thank Carlos and his team enough for the work they've done on my Saturn. After trying to find a reliable mechanic with no luck, I came across Mechanic on Duty through RepairPal.com. Other shops may have raving reviews, but if you Google Mechanic on Duty you'll notice one thing, all his clients/customers continuously praise their honesty, professionalism and excellent customer service. Well, as another satisfied customer, I'd like to add that they help you make informed decisions and thoroughly explain your options. They will not sell you something you don't need, and will be upfront about repair costs. Carlos and his team know what they're doing, so if you're looking to find a mechanic you can trust and rely on, I highly recommend you give this shop a visit; truly the best.
