Having a trustworthy mechanic makes all the difference when having car troubles! I come here for anything and they are always super helpful and take the time to be thorough, explaining any different options available to fix the problem. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I've been going here for about over a year now. I'm not much of a car person and I feel cheated every time I go to the dealership so I stopped going there and have been coming to Mechanic on Duty ever since. Carlos always takes the time to show me what's wrong with my car and make sure I fully understand the problem. Him and his team are very reliable and the prices seem fair. You'll be well taken care of here.

Is always a pleasure for us to take the time and explain to our customers about why we need to replace the parts and how they work. We don't mind take that extra time. Thanks again Jasmine for you time and kind words.

Fantastic customer service and excellent mechanic work. Carlos and his staff make sure to get the job done right. They also explain everything to you and are full of integrity. I would recommend this place over anywhere in Orlando!

Carlos and his crew are great. Anytime I have an issue with my car he makes time to see me right away and the issue is always resolved within a day or two. He takes the time to actually explain everything that’s wrong and how he’s going to fix it. He’s very honest, helpful, and he will go out of his way to make sure you don’t overpay for parts and services you don’t need. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else but here if you have an issue with your car.

I was very happy with the service. I went in to replace the timing belt and engine mounts on my Acura, Mechanic on Duty did an awesome job and gave me a great price!! I also had the check engine light trurn on due to an oxygen sensor. Unfortunately I didnt have the money to replace the sensor at the time, Carlos (the owner) told me that he was going to replaced it and i can pay him two weeks later. I've never been to a mechanic shop with this level of customer service!!! He will also take the time to explain in details the repairs on your car. I highly reccomend Mechanics on Duty CB.
