The reviews don't lie Mechanic on Duty is where I'll take my car from now on. Carlos and his team were so helpful and explained every detail of what was going on with my car. Not once did I feel in the least bit intimidated because I'm a woman, in fact he made everything easy to understand even had video to demonstrate how the parts were supposed top be working. I left educated, informed, and empowered to make the right decision for me and my vehicle. And although I was prepared to Uber home while my vehicle was being repaired, they gave me a ride home. My car was ready for pickup next day!!! And my car needed a lot of TLC poor thing, but I was scared that with all the work it would cost a small fortune. However I was pleasantly suprised it was very reasonable given the amount of work that needed to be done, the pricing was fair, honest, and transparent. Needless to say I've found my mechanic and my car drives like new! Thanks a million!!!!

This is the most professional mechanic I've ever been to. Our favorite old shop closed, and we gave this shop a try because of the reviews, and Carlos exceeded our expectations. Our car hasn't driven better in years.

Mr. Carlos is a Professional at his work. He is an honest and respected owner of this business. And gives suggestions in the price range and is firm in his decissions as well. He is also family orientated and he also works on BMW, Mercedez, etc.

Once again Carlos and his staff did not disappoint! They take care of our fleet of cars. We rarely ever have to go back to see him unless a new wear and tear problem happens. They always diagnose the problem quickly. They are always dependable and stay in contact with us about any problem and is always reasonable and fair with pricing.
