Carlos is an amazing specialist. He repaired my Honda Odyssey for a very reasonable price and exceeded my expectations. Carlos and his staff went above and beyond to inform me of the issues with my car and how they would be able to fix it. They showed me the damaged parts and how it affects the performance of my car. They were all very professional and knowledgeable and I will never forget what Carlos said to me. "I fix it right the first time so you you never have to come back" When I drove out of his shop my car felt like it did when it first left the dealership. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to get there car repaired by someone who is honest and incredibly knowledgeable about cars. The Best in Orlando, Hands Down!

Carlos and the team at Mechanic on Duty are always looking to help both regular and new customers that need it. They are willing to answer almost any question over the phone and when coming into their shop, they are very hospitable and honest with the pricing and services that your car needs. I am a student who has very little knowledge about cars, Carlos was willing to pull up computer diagrams, simulations, and show me exactly what was wrong with my car and what he was going to do to fix it. With every repair I do at Mechanic on Duty, I leave not only knowing that whatever problem I came in with is fixed, but I also leave with knowledge on how to maintain my car and prevent the same problem from re-occurring.

I would give 6 stars if available. Carlos (owner) and staff VERY VERY honest and humble mechanic shop !!! A hard combination to find. Carlos (owner) is ASE Certified and an amazing diagnostician. I have been coming here over 2 + years They really go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy They also do NOT try to over sell repairs that are not needed yet as many repair shops do. I highly recommend them !!! I would NOT go anywhere else They have earned all my business I like how they do business and as a customer I am getting a great value with their competitive pricing and peace of mind the repair job was done right.
