Carlos and his crew are great. Anytime I have an issue with my car he makes time to see me right away and the issue is always resolved within a day or two. He takes the time to actually explain everything that’s wrong and how he’s going to fix it. He’s very honest, helpful, and he will go out of his way to make sure you don’t overpay for parts and services you don’t need. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else but here if you have an issue with your car.

I was very happy with the service. I went in to replace the timing belt and engine mounts on my Acura, Mechanic on Duty did an awesome job and gave me a great price!! I also had the check engine light trurn on due to an oxygen sensor. Unfortunately I didnt have the money to replace the sensor at the time, Carlos (the owner) told me that he was going to replaced it and i can pay him two weeks later. I've never been to a mechanic shop with this level of customer service!!! He will also take the time to explain in details the repairs on your car. I highly reccomend Mechanics on Duty CB.

Mechanic on Duty and it’s owner Carlos Bracamonte have been, by far, the most honest and reasonably priced auto mechanic shop in Orlando. I have taken my car there for a year now and had my AC serviced, parts replaced and installed, oil changes, etc. I own a 1989 Lincoln Town Car and due to its age, many things happen. I trust Carlos and his staff to repair my car and when it comes time to pay, I still leave smiling. Very fair and very reasonably priced. For these reasons, I recommend Mechanic on Duty to anyone who needs any type of auto repairs, especially if your looking for honest and upfront answers. I have had my driver side lock replaced and replaced my rear breaks on my Ford 2012 Transit Van. Each time Carlos gave me a fair price and explained throughly what needed to be done and went back over the work after the work was completed.
