Carlos and his team are the most trustworthy and reliable mechanics in Orlando. They have great prices, have great customer service, and do the greatest work. Carlos really takes his time clarifying any problems with your car and let's you know what will be a necessity and what won't, unlike other mechanics. I've had two cars fixed by him so far and I still have no complaints on the cost and quality of their work. Recently had my 2006 Saab in for maintenance. I've never been to a mechanic before who took the time and energy this one did to explain to me what was wrong and how to fix it. The prices quoted were fair, the service was excellent-- just like the turn around time! Dropped it off and it was ready the next day, this included diagnosing problems! Very impressed with service and will be returning to this place for future car repair needs. Carlos was very nice and everyone we dealt with was professional.

Carlos did an amazing job fixing my car. The only mechanic I will ever let touch my car. Very honest and walked me through every step he had to take to get my it running again. Even showing me all the pieces that he had to replace. This shop goes above and beyond which is very rare. I really appreciate it!

Very happy with the work I had done. The pricing seemed industry standard, I found cheaper options but I found more expensive ones too so this shop seems right down the middle, fair parts pricing and fair labor cost. They did a diagnostic and sent pictures of the recommended work with estimates to my email. I can't tell you how much I LOVE that! Seriously love that. I called and approved the work I wanted and Carlos explained that by opting out of some of the recommended work I would likely see small performance problems that may mean I'll need to spend a little more in repair than if I could do it all at once but I need to spread the matinance out over a few paychecks and he was very understanding of that. I'll definitely be back later this year. Hopefully the team performs this well every time!
